Diana is a Solution Design Partner at Collective Next, working as a thought and discussion partner for Solution Designers and providing the bespoke project management that each initiative requires to be successful.

Diana studied at the University of California for Business before attending the KLC School of Design in London for a post-graduate program. Her career has taken her across a wide array of industries, including leasing and interior design for hospitality and business development for electronic manufacturing services (an opportunity which allowed her to travel the world, from Shanghai to San Jose).

Each of these roles allowed Diana to sharpen and refine her approach to seeing a project through, to adapting her approach and her mindset to the challenge at hand. She’s seen firsthand the ways that new perspectives, new ways of thinking, and new ways of working can lead to real change and evolution.

When she’s not at work, Diana can be found reading, finding new experiences, meditating, or traveling to a far-flung country. She’s also a committed podcast junkie.
