Camila is a Solution Design Partner at Collective Next. Since joining the team in 2022, she’s centered her approach to her work around the “design” part of her title, surprising and delighting her clients along the way.

Born in Ecuador, Camila traveled to Queretaro, Mexico when she was 18 to study industrial product design. Her studies led her to a brief stay in Belgium before returning home to become a product designer and, eventually, a store designer for sports brands including Nike and Adidas. She eventually moved to Boston to attend a master’s program in International Marketing.

Throughout her education and career, Camila has always understood the power and potential impact of designing with intention and thoughtfulness. Whether the end-product is aesthetic or conceptual—and regardless of the audience or objective of the solution—Camila knows that the principles of designing well can change the world. Her favorite part of her job is getting to see, firsthand, the impact on her clients’ work after putting these ideas into practice.

Camila enjoys cooking (especially for friends), yoga, long walks with a good podcast, and exploring the history of places through travel.
