Nick works with partners and clients to help hone their narratives. Whether it’s through the careful refinement of language and written content or the creation of realistic, fictional situations and characters, Nick’s goal is always the same: to bring stories to life with care and empathy. This process always begins with a careful approach to understanding, synthesizing, and clarifying his clients’ needs. Recently, Nick’s work has been focused on simulation design and leadership training.

Nick is a published fiction author and graduate of the University of Michigan where he studied English literature and creative writing. He was a small business owner and operator for 12 years before coming to work with the team at Collective Next.

When he’s not writing, you’ll probably find Nick playing a complicated board game, climbing rocks (both real and fake), or playing guitar.
