Hank describes his role this way: “If you think of the Solution Designer as the person coming up with a sleek new automobile design, I’m the guy shepherding it through the assembly line, working out any kinks, and guaranteeing its performance.” Hank thrives on the challenge of making bold visions become reality. Whatever the solution that best meet his client’s need, he wants to ensure a seamless experience.
Hank grew up outside of Ashville, North Carolina and traveled to Rhode Island for college. He chose to major in quantitative economics because it offered both creative and technical challenges along with a window into human behavior. Before joining Collective Next, Hank spent nearly six years at Fidelity where he helped operationalize large-scale initiatives by liaising between business and technology teams. Hank is thrilled for the opportunity to partner with fellow-CN’ers to keep stretching his ability to realize ambitious goals for his clients. Since joining in 2020, he has enjoyed working on projects for BlackRock and Fidelity.
Outside of work, Hank coaches and competes in Olympic weightlifting. While he is drawn to helping people build strength and master required technical skills, it is helping cultivate the necessary courage and conviction that he finds especially rewarding.
