Working across multiple product lines and functional disciplines, Collective Next supported several multi-day global sessions focused on adapting enterprise-wide strategies to country specific initiatives. In each session, Collective Next facilitated hundreds of marketing and medical directors and key subject matter experts through highly interactive communication, feedback and action planning workshops.
