Renee Piazza

Solution Designer

Renee began learning the art of facilitation and design in 2006, and since then has been helping leaders and their teams explore the art of the possible and collectively create the futures they desire. She draws from experiences facilitating a range of conversations, events, and engagements of all sizes – from aligning leaders and mobilizing thousands of employees around a new HQ move, to preparing leaders for a merger via creative simulations, to designing mindfulness-based learning experiences to help organizations build resilience, decrease stress, and improve mental health in the workplace.  Regardless of the domain, she loves partnering with clients who value authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and the often messy and always iterative creative process.

Renee is also a mindfulness coach and long-time meditator who believes that in work, in life, and in our growth – there really is no separation.  Her creativity is fueled by her lifelong curiosity for exploring the human condition and love of learning. This results in a facilitation style that draws from her interdisciplinary pursuits over many years in psychology, adult development, mindfulness, and embodied leadership. She’s a certified Mindfulness Facilitator through Mindful Leader and recently began training with the Strozzi Institute in Somatic Leadership & Coaching.

Most importantly, Renee is a mom to one tween, one teen and one very large cat. In her free time, she enjoys being with her girls, eating her husband’s delicious cooking, spending time with friends and being outdoors as much as possible. She’s beyond grateful to be a part of the CN community.
