Whether designing and facilitating a multi-day collaborative work session to tackle a mammoth strategic problem, or designing gorgeous visual assets for communicating with and engaging a wide and broad population, a critical role on our team is the Solution Design Partner.

We are currently seeking a Solution Design Partner (imagine a mash-up of a collaboration consultant and a creative project manager), based in New York, to support our senior consultants/facilitators. Solution Design Partners support our senior consultants/facilitators in the identification, scoping, design, management, and execution of Collective Next engagements. Our community is made up of smart, creative people who love to design solutions for complex problems.
